Beware Of G3.5-unit

Wasnt sure where to post this, if there is a better place feel free to move

so I bought rims and tires for 1350 SHIPPED from G3.5-Unit about two weeks ago.He sent me pics of the very little scratches it supposedly had. Then after my money was is his account he didnt respond to me for a couple of days and when i asked him questions he kept avoiding them. Then he sends me a message telling me he needs more money for shipping after we talked about this price already. Fedex just drop the wheels off at 4:00 today ...... so I have not had a chance to put them on my car yet. One rim is bent, all of them are scratched, I have no tires. He told me the wheels were 20x8.5 20x10 but they are 8.5 all around. I paid him the 1350 he told me for rims, tires, and shipping. Then he wanted $80 more to ship the tires. It took him a week in a half to ship the rims out. Then he just stop talking to me about the tires. So today i told him i wanted my money back and would ship the rims back but he said he wont do it because i knew what i was getting . So i opened a case with paypal and called my cc company and disputed the charges today! i need his shipping address so i can send him the rims but he will not give it to me. The only address i have is where he shipped the wheels from. I have saved all messages that he has sent me so if i need proof of what he told me originally for the cc company and paypal i have it. he still thinks i am bull****ting him, but i am dead serious.

I will be posting the pics he sent me of the rims before i bought them and the pics of the rims when i got them, basically they dont look like the same rims.

Cause people expect to get something that looks like they just bought it new.

AND THAT JUST AIN'T GONNA' HAPPEN!

You buy them new, you put them on, and the minute you drive on the street, something is gonna mess them up. It's just a fact of life.

that was s general answer, not directed at you personaly. IMO, most people have unrealistic expectations for what they buy off of ebay, this forum etc.

make sure you back your claims up with the proper evidence. PIX, PM's threads will all help your case. Show us some evidence too so we can get this fool banned.

I'm not your side, granted everything you stated is true.

Your general answer does not apply in this situation, because the wheels weren't even the correct widths, the seller adjusted the price after the deal had been made, and the tires weren't even sent to him. Personally, if the guy said they were clean, they should be clean. It doesn't matter that they are REALLY scratched, it's all up to the seller to make sure the buyer knows exactly what he's getting, not just close to it. Your lack of faith may be more realistic than others who do expect "something" for "nothing" but in this case, I find your comment irrelevant.
