does 3mm shaved in the rear mean a +50 offset? willing to ship to FL? what year sedan were these wheels on? pics on the car? can i possibly ask any more questions?

but it wasnt even rubbing that bad... I just wanted it to fit a bit better... 
and now its perferct.*Yea I'm willin to ship em but I'd rather sell em locally before that.. but if you pay for shippin cuz these rims are effin heavy... also I will not ship the rims until the money get clear'd into my bank account..
