^^no. its basically an expensive obd2 reader/logger, that can bump idles in pre-04 cars.

yeah this is the cable to log stuff and change idle. I'm pretty sure that 650 doesnt include this cable because this cable is 300 alone from uprev. It's useful if you want to do the etunes with uprev

buying this cable doesn't really help you out much. You still have to buy the standard/tuning package
