Its just paint chip, when you re-surface it during a paint job, all that will disappear.

Anyways, I got 2 small plastic plug-ins from Home Depot and had body shop paint them and plug them in there. Have had them on there for over a year on the bumper, no issues.

 

does anyone wish he's selling the sport bumper as well? i have a sport IP bumper for sale.
