KTaylor, you're one messed up seller. IGT is not responsible for the damage when all they did was just uninstall it. Regardless of who's fault it is, they were not "mint" as you stated, and you did'nt do the right thing to let the buyer know that a tab is broken. As a seller, you're at fault so I believe that you're going to be considered a SCAMMER if you aren't planning to give the guy his money back.

 

Nismo you said he's going to be a scammer if you give the guy his money back. I think you meant if you don't give his money back. =)

I almost ATTEMPTED to buy a full GT-R body kit from Ktaylor. Im glad I read this 1st. Thanx 4 the warning meatbag and Sorry about your loss, I hope you got something worked out.

I dont know what happend with the headlights but he was great to deal with for me. I was going to trade him a trany for suspension parts he had for sale. So I shipped a 160lb trany from ME to NC and I told him to wait sending the parts back to see if my friend was going to come thrue on his parts. I got every thing I needed from my friend. So by this time he had the trany for 4-5 days, so after ready this thread I was nervus. So I picked up the phone and called him, he said "thanks for the trany! how much do I owe you after shipping?" I told him and got ALL of my money in less then an hour! He was 12+ hours from me, he could of told me to go f@#k my self, but he dident. I would buy or sell from him any time.

 

^ should have asked him what was up with the headlights too
