Do you have to relocate the EVAP canister on this EvoTT, like you do with the Evo2? If so, is all that hardware included?

This is the EVO TT, that runs alot more than the Ti-C, and if im not mistaken an exhaust that is now Discontinued, which makes it pretty rare, bt hey all i can do is respect ur opinion.

You're wrong. Evo2 and EvoTT use the same mufflers, just different tips and piping diameter. The Ti-C has same diameter piping as the EvoTT but completely different mufflers and tips. Your last few posts just make it clear that you don't know what you're talking about.
