OEM Navigation Upgrade Disc ver. 7.4
Up for sale here is the latest navigation disc available from Navteq, Version 7.4.

I don't think it will work in an 03, unfortunatly. I know it will work in an 07 and up. Also works in 05 and up M and QX...
