i just purchased 2 sets of 03 lights this past week, in similar condition. i paid 100 shipped for the one set and 75 shipped for the other set. i can offer you 100 shipped for yours. seeing your initial asking price, i think alot of guys are afraid to make an offer. i know at first glance it scared me away.
