I've got a set for my DP that I haven't put on yet until I aquire the rest of the kit, for that very reason. However, black IMO wouldn't be as obvious.
Plus, since I'm trying to sell them, I would have to say "No way, Man! They would look awesome, even without the rest of the kit!" LOL.

 

These ARE the Nismo Aero side skirts. Color matched, polyurethane factory Nissan part numbers and BTW. . . Brand New!!!

Their 3/4 of an inch longer at the very ends compared to the stock sides in the middle there is no difference I know because I measured so they will look just fine.
