i believe the W200 has a 6.5 screen but is still a DD... and they make DD dash kits for our cars

Yes, these units will fit into your double-din slot after the DD conversion. See the pics above.

I really think you nailed the primary differentiator of the Kenwood. The screen is AMAZING. Along with that, you get nice pre-out voltage and better out of the box capabilities.

But if tweaking and control is your priority- Get the Alpine combo. Nothing in the DD form factor beats it for the price, IMO.

Here is a shot of the W200's DVD screen in action. I am more than happy with it... but I am an SQ guy. The video is gravy for me.

how are the steering wheel controls working with ur w200 unit (I think you mentioned PAC SWI-ALP)? I have seen mixed opinions on the forum with this unit.
