Sorry Man! Why don't you just buy a used one. Can't be more than $90. Make sure you get the right version. Use the links I gave you and do the research. Get the version that works with your needs.

Re: Good place for an xbox in the cabin?

I have my PS2 underneath the passenger seat (sedan).
There really is a certain "coolness" when people go oh sheit is that a TV in your car? It's just "priceless"...Still looking to find a more permanent place for the PS2.

Anyone have problems with the GPS or DASH after installing a DVD/TV Tuner in their ride? My dash and NAV screen go blank in the mornings. Once I restart it, it's ok...Any ideas?

Yeah we shouldn't be watching or playing games when we drive..but when you're stuck in traffic and there's nothing else to do...and people look in to see what you're watching..."PRICELESS"...! Ok I'm watching to much TV lol.

Re: Good place for an xbox in the cabin?

After taking my PS2 apart 2 or 3 times and trying to find the parts to re-configure it I've decided to go under the glove box. Last night I had my entire right-side console apart including the Nav trying to see if I could work in there but no luck. I'm gonna make a box and match the carpet. It's high enough so there's no loss in foot room and it's set back enough so it won't cause any unwanted attention.

Russ, why not relocate your Nav DVD Rom under the passengers seat, or even in the trunk, and put the XBOX in the dash where the NAV DVD used to be.

And damnit, please bring your car over to my house or tell me when you are working on yours and let me check out you setup, that is sweet.

Re: Good place for an xbox in the cabin?

I had the dash ripped out last night and there is a support bar that gets in the way of the PS2. I even took it out of the black housing but no luck. Also the Nav connections (3 of them) only have about 3-4 inches of slack. 2 of them have about 8-10 wires a piece. I'm sure there's a way to get extensions but I don't want to do anything I can't undo in in a couple of hours in case of warranty probs.
