RPM dropping due to system?

hey guys ever since i installed my car computer and 880w sony xplode amp i have problems with my idle dropping low after i shift into neutral from when im moving.. then if i were to turn the system off and drive i wouldnt really have the problem.. here's a perfect example

Im driving say 50 in 4th gear im about to hit a red light i would shift into neutral and apply the brakes.. instead of the idle stopping around 750rpm it would go to around 500-600 then bounce back up to 750rpm.. now with the system and computer off (meaning the system isnt bumpin) the idle would stop exactly at 750.. i notice with the system off the rpm meter drops a little bit slower till it comes to a complete stop at 750rpm.. when i did my double din conversion i didnt install the Dual Climate control button.. could that be the issue? sorry about the sloppy post but im at work and need to make it quick.. any insight would be helpful, just want to get it fixed before i have problems with the car stalling in the future

-five

you need a cap the amp is drawing too much power for the battery to handle and is killing power everywhere else
