DD DIN w/ nav, will it work?

Hey guys, i am upgrading my system but i have a few questions. I should have looked through that 05 dd din thread but i am not going to go through 26 pages of stuff. So i have an 05, i want to upgrade the deck because this bose deck is pissing me off. If i get a dd din conversion, will it fit even with the nav controller still in? Next question is will i be able to wire it to the nav so that when my nav is on, i can put my deck on ...lets say aux so the sound will come out of my speakers? thanks...

i know nothing of this audio thing so yeah.. thanks for the help guys..

if anyone did this, i would like to hear what you did.

Mark
