Is there any change in the dvd navigation system between 04 and 05? According to zenrin, 03-05 uses the same dvd version. It's the 06 that's different. It this true? Would i be able to hook up a 2004 dvd navigation to a 2005 navigation screen/G35? Thanks

If anyone has the wiring diagram for a 04 G35, that would help too.

 

I can't speak for the 04 or 05. I own and 06 and my best friend has an 03 - I can tell you there is a drastic difference in the visual quality of the software. The 03 looks like something from Atari whereas the 06 has very vibrant colors and 3D graphics - much better interface.

 

I believe the only upgrade for 2005 was a larger & motorized screen. The graphics and software are the same (again, that's my understanding).
