Dude.. dunno about '05s and '06s, but the '03 and '04 Bose amp is located on the bottom of the trunk under a plastic support cover left of the spare tire. Also, there is no sub. Just two 6x9s on the rear deck.

its not a brace... just cardboard, i took mine off for my subs and replaced with a custom panel cuz took the blose out too, and the amp is under the trunk in 05's as well. those 6x9's are considered as free air subs.
