Im doing my DD install soon. I have factory nav. I ordered the double din finisher, bracket w/nav, AC controller. I also ordered the Pioneer AVIC-Z1, Ipod adapter, Blue tooth adapter, XM traffic adapter. Before I go get all this installed do I need anything else to make all this work. I would like to use the stearing wheel controlls for the CD and volume controll. And I dont want sound for the dvd or cd from AVIC-Z1 transmitted from FM channel. Will this AVIC-Z1 replace the stock HU? What is a good reverce camera for this unit, Nothing big but good quality.

the Z1 will replace your factory headunit (using the brackets, AC controller, etc).... to control it with the factory steering wheel controls you will need a PAC Audio SWI-PS unit.

for backup cam, i have the Pioneer NDBC-1 universal rearview cam.....

 

if you have an 05 or 06, make sure u get the right DD finisher since u have the navi...
