Thank you for the close up's. My existing radar from my previous vehicle is a bit to large to fit in this car, so I have been in the market for other models. It's great to see that this one is modular (to a degree) & can actually fit in some of the little cubby spaces that we have in our cars..

Yea, for intsrument panel mounted remote users, is the mute button on the remote unit? If so, do you reach through the steering wheel to hit it or adjust the volumes?

It's rare that I need to mute it but I just reach through the steering wheel.

Can the remote display fit in the cubby space for those of us who don't have navigation? I'm thinking about buying one of these... and am curious if I can just pop the lid on my empty navi space for the remote display, and close it for stealth mode (w/ the unit on the passager visor.) I guess this would be a fun wiring job too..
