I have a friend of mine who's installing my AVN6600 with ac controller on my 04 coupe. He's been installing systems for over 15 years but this will be the first g35 he's done with the ac controller swap. How long should it take him to rewire the harness? Also, does grounding the parking brake wire work on the 6600 as well?

 

04 coupe, i have done more than a dozen and i still alot myself a good 3-4 hours to do it...

if its the first G then alot half a day...just to be safe

not quite sure on the eclipse, but i do think grounding hte parking brake wire is the bypass as well

Install Time Should Take No Longer Then A Hour Or So On Jsut The Radio....my Installer Did Mine In A Hour Or So...and He Also Hooked Up A Rear View Camera... But Then Again I Didnt Have Him Do The Control For The Dual Climate Control....hope That Helps...

 

He's doing the avn6600, dual climate control,rear camera, jl500/5 and JL10w6(4080 box on the way). I'm waiting on the speakers and dynamatting the doors and trunklid until after a friends car show at the end of august.
