PSP in Car Mount
Hey everyone, I love this forum, all of the pics and instructions have come in really handy.
Does anyone have a Sony PSP mount in their car? My wife has offered to buy me one for my b-day, so I have been looking into them and found out that ProClip makes a PSP device holder. But, I am wondering if it will fit with the 853095 G35 mount.
Has anyone tried this combination? or anything else?
Mike

ProClip thinks it will fit
I got a response from the Canadian dealer for ProClip. It sounds like it will fit, but they weren't clear so I want to make sure that I can return it before I order.
I am kinda pumped about this. My wife has been begging for the ability to watch movies/taped tv in the car. And having it down low means that others won't easily see it
There are all kinds of posts here about tvtogo etc., I am actually surprised nobody has tried this. There appears to be great mpeg-4 conversion software that can be used to convert dvd's or pvr'd television to psp format.

DVD decrypter and psp9 is probably the route I was going for movies.
Also, for those that don't have a Navi system, Sony is said to be releasing a GPS solution for the PSP within the next couple months.
The more I read about this thing the better it gets. I am really not a huge gamer (though it will get a fair bit of use). The primary purpose of the PSP is going to be: movies/recorded tv while travelling, wifi internet browsing (email access while travelling, etc.), LocationFree TV anywhere with a wifi connection (access to my PVR while travelling), mp3 music in car while travelling, picture storage device to share photos with family and possibly a portable GPS navi system when it comes out.
Of course, there are also rumours of an improved version of the PSP being released in 2007. But that is always the case isn't it!
