SES light came on after PAC AAI-NIS2 Install

I have just helped my friend installing PAC AAI-NIS2 for Ipod integration. but the service engine soon light came on after we start up the car. I have previous experience in installing this adapter on my G35 before and never had a problem like that.

What would be the cause of SES light?(im guessing is because of the on and off battery connection-due to testing in between steps)

So what should I do now? ( ECU reset?)

Help from anyone would be great

Not sure why the light would come on if all you did was install the PAC. I would reset the ECU and see if it goes away, could just be a coincidence

Maybe you disconnected a harness back there?
