Avic Z1 in Sedan WITH Willow Color Match (PICS)

Just thought I'd post some pics of the Z1 installed in the dash. I also took a shot of the wiring harness for anyone else performing the task. This includes pics with the Willow trim that I painted. I also included a link to a DIY for the paint job. The difference is AMAZING!!!

I kept the black buttons on the AC controller because, quite frankly, I think it looks better with the black color of the Z1. The Dual Zone button doesn't look that bad IMHO. Everything else wasn't that bad, except I had to re-run RCA's down the center console and rip apart my trunk again. The HU install wasn't too bad. I'll take some shots of where I mounted the mic and the SAT antenna.

I agree with you. I was going to order the willow color buttons, but the black ones match my Eclipse AVN5435. Nice instal, lookin' good man

Here are some more pics of the Mic mount and the Antenna mount. Also a shot of the background that my girlfriend and I created.

Thanks guys. I actually drove around the car for a week with the Nav antenna there before I actually mounted it. Reception is great. Haven't had a problem yet, and I usually have 3 bars. I really didn't want to mount it on the exterior, and thought this was a great spot.
