best luck is from a junk yard. It will be extremely expensive to retrofit.

Parts alone will cost you $6600 plus installation which is NOT covered by Infiniti warranty. Your best bet is to go with an aftermarket unit such as Kenwood, Alpine or Pioneer. You can mount a tuner with motorized screen in the nav cubby hole.

You'd be hard pressed to find a g35 in a junkyard for spare parts. I've been looking for them but they get snatched up whole by rebuilders who will fix them and sell them used. I put in a bid a while ago for a smashed up black g coupe with the nav intact and it still sold for 14K.
