You may have a bad connection. Try to isolate which (if any) channel is bad. With the system running, try unplugging the left side then the right side to see if one side is the cause. You may have a bad cable.

depending on your setup, you may have RCA jacks that connect the iPod to the interface. Try unplugging the left & right RCA plug to see if 1 side is the problem.

no rca cables... just the one that came with the unit. I called USA Spec... I Have one plug that is disconnected on the back of the radio, I guess that is the problem... I'll take the radio out again and call then, so they could walk me through the proccess.... Thanks Anyway.. By the way, if anyone has the diagram, how the cables should be plugged, I'll be greatly appreciated.

I just installed mine this past weekend and it works fine. I have both the Ipod wire and an aux wire coming out of the USA Spec. The unit has 3 wiring harnesses, 2 females and 1 male. The wiring harnesses fit only one way so there's no way to mix up which goes where, they fit only in specific slots. The wiring harnesses that need to be disconnected are the large one and the one diagonal from it. (look at the picture in this thread: https://g35driver.com/forums/showthr...t=84997&page=2 ). The 2 females from the USA Spec connect to the back of the stereo and the male connects to the large harness off the radio. The other harness from the radio is not used so u can just let it hang. You can test it with the stereo apart if you follow the g35ipod.com instructions on how to take it apart, as long as you reconnect the battery. Hope this helps.

My CD changer crapped out and is giving me a CD ERR F3 which I understand may be a spring loading problem but not worth fixing so I have the Ipod and my AUX if I need it.
