Optima Battery

I'm looking to purchase a Optima D35.

I was looking to purchase from http://www.1st-optima-batteries.com/index.asp.

Anyone have experience with them??

Any better suggestions than this battery?

Is that size a direct fit for our battery compartment? Is it lighter than the stock battery?

Thanks
Dave

Mine was brand new it came with a height adapter.
Plastic under the battery to help it lift up so it fit just fine

i highly suggest the kinetic battery. they are right around the same price and maybe a little higher. the batters are very small and you can fit 2 of the small ones up front. im currently running 4 kinetic batteries with my setup

Do you have a link to their webpage, and why would you run four batteries? Longer runnning time?

Yeah...terrible. I ordered an optima from them, had to chase them around for the Tr # for it. Finally got it & it was dead. They gave me some excuse about how they are too busy to test every battery they ship. I sent it back and they never refunded me for it. I had to dispute the charge with my C/C company.

It worked out though, because my dealership replaced my OEM battery for free instead of pro-rating it.

Wow, sorry to hear that, guys. I would try diversifiedbattery.com They were great. The guy told me he is the distributor for Optima to alot of other online shops, so he always has them in stock. It came with the spacer and it fired right up!

I have a yellow top myself and it works awesome always loved optima. Sorry to hear you had bad service because the product is extremely superior! Brighter lights, faster startups, etc! Good Stuff!
