What do you guys think would be louder assuming they are recieving their rated power and are in a sealed box. They would be in an Infiniti G35 coupe.
1. 2 JL 10w6v2's
or
2. 2 JL 13w1v2's

They would both in sealed boxes, the w1v2's would be running off an alpine mrp-m650 and the w6v2's would be running off of an alpine pdx 1.1000 in the 4080 box (1 on each side)

Have you tried listening to a w6 in a car? How about a w7? I would demo them before making your final decision. As mentioned above, the w1 will have a physical advantage due to bigger diameter, but the w6s have better power handling, tighter bass, and deeper punch.
I have a single 10W7 and ~65sqft of dynamat extreme in my coupe. I still need more dynamat... Hope that puts things in perspective.

The reason I am choosing between the 13w1v2's and the 10w6v2's is because I already own the 13w1v2's but I was thinking about getting the 4080 box on each side for the 10w6v2's.

I would go with two 13's. You can drive them off a less powerful amp and get a great sound from them. The only downside the box will be larger.
