Thanks Dominic www.TVandNav2Go.com
hello dominic,

yes i've tried that also, and still no video or navigation displayed?

could connectors be bad?

i've tried grounding the blue/white and green/white still no display?

but for the black cable to power up the unit i connected to the lighter one for red and the other for black

If your asking me then I have checked it out and it looks like a defective box as if I remove the DVD RCA plug and put the back up camara plug it works which tells me that they are both hooked up correctly but only one output is working correctly. All I need now is to find time to get the guy back and uninstall the unit and send it to Dominic....that is tough with my work schedule right now.

lol things are well, as of now my dvd player works, and my audio input works, only the unit doesn't work, for some reason my navi and the dvd doesn't display at all, i've grounded the green/white, the black wire grounded, plug the connectors in, from stock connector, to tvandnav2go connector, to the back of the lcd screen display, powered up the unit (red light is on), plug the dvd video in to the unit video 1, rca ouput to the back of the lcd screen, i have the plug and play option, plug the battery back into the car and turned the car on, the screen is blank, flip the switch and still blank? but i didn't ground the wire to rgb pin 4, just grounded to chassy, and under the steering to? by any chance can you send me the diagram of which pin is which?

i know the unit is good, but could it be the connectors, might have a criss-cross in the wires? or no connection between the pins? cuz i did receive the same connectors back only the unit was different (new), oh yea dominic i sent you an email about sending me the instruction, i'mma have another installer do this for me see if they can make it work
