DVD player and back up camara installed, need help.

Hope all is well. Glad everything is A OK. When you take the pictures lower the resolution in the camera and you won't see the lines in the picture when you click on them. For some resaon the camera at a high resolution will produces lines in the picture, even though the original picturer doesn't have these lines.
