Can you change the CD player to a DVD player???

So i was gonna do the whole DD thing but i decide it'll be waay cheaper to just get the TVandNav2Go and use the stock navi screen. Now the tricky thing is, could you change the normal CD drive into a DVD drive?? So where you normally feed the CD's you could just throw in a DVD and keep the whole stock look without adding and external dvd player. Is this possible?

You're asking if it's possible to switch to DVD but keep the standard double din setup, right?
I would imagine it's possible. But it'd take some fancy wiring, and of changing the internals of course.
