They are pretty decent. I've had a few of them in my other vehicles and I am glad to say they are a reputable company. They also come with otehr options such as glass and wheel tampering sensors which are all displayed on your remote. You should not pay more than 500.00 installed for one.

I wanted the 2WSS-AS, is that $500 installed because ive seen this place and it gave choices and it said best $500 installed for compustar. I dont know what model that was though. I have to ask. Why do these seem cheaper on ebay than the viper ones. Are the glass/wheel sensors including in the kit? I see compustar is coming out with a pro one mid january, newest one.

The senors are options. Viper is is a reputable company but are limited to options. Me personally preffer the Compustar because of the options as well as the cool pager it has. Sometimes places depending on where you go will give you choices. Like a few places here give you the option of a few shock sensors (ie: hood, wheels, trunk and glass). Your best bet would be to stop in where you see the advertisements and compare. At the time (in like 04) when I got mine installed I got the remote start, glass hood and wheel tamper system.

I cant find the sensors for compustar, site says coming soon. So the 2WSS-AS is the best one until that pro one comes out like very soon.

I think you may have to call Compustar directly. When the security place installed mine they installed it with the sensors. I'd wait a few more for the Pro. I've heard some very good things and reviews about it in Sound and Security magazine.
