Now i have a question about the A/C controller?? Now do i really need to order the A/C controller or could i use the one i already have?

Yeah because if you take out the stock radio, all you get is heat from the AC. The JDM AC controller doesn't care if the head unit is there or not, still function. Meaning it's not integrate to the head unit.

yes you have to, cause the whole face plate is one peice, if you use old one, the new radio have no place to go in...s.w.

Good site and price for the AC controls...? We need to just have someone post a price and location(s) for the double din and AC controls and close the thread...Easy to get to and it will end the constant posting about the set-up and facilitate future double din users..

If the question was direct at me, then here is the answer. I already have the dva 7996 isntalled. If you do a search, you can see where i put the alpine.

I order the double din so that both the pxa and dva can be on it. The pxa and dva are perfect compliment to each other since they both amber display and both are 1 din. The pxa have a graphic display too, so u can actually see some dancing display as the music is on. Sorry, i am going pretty boy style now [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]. I will have pictures soon.
