Switching Factory XM to Sirius?

We have an 07 G35 Sedan with Navigation and XM radio. Is there any way to change out the XM receiver with a Sirius receiver?

Is the '07 XM receiver compatible with an '04 Coupe? If so, I'll trade you my Sirius receiver and SIGMA antenna for your XM.

Swap XM to Sirius (DIY)

Does anyone know where the XM tuner is located on a 07 G35 sedan? I want to swap with an OEM Sirius tuner. I looked around the trunk but couldn't locate it. I managed to find the amp but not the tuner.

Swapping XM with Sirius on the 07 G35 Nav. System

I sent an email to Grubbs Infiniti and got this reply concerning changing satellite tuners. I'm wondering if the tuner is built in to the Navigation system.

Email Reply:

No sir it can not be changed out.

Did we ever get a solid answer on this? I have an 06 coupe with XM and I'd like to switch to Sirius if it's not too expensive. I'd think that all you would have to do is replace the XM receiver with a Sirius one and maybe replace the antenna, too? But I'm not sure.
On the 06 the receiver is located in the truck on the driver side under everything.
