Aux-In Video

I am new here and have a question about the Aux-In jack on my 07 G. I have been trying to play video from my video iPod though the screen. I understand that this shouldn't work when the car is in motion but I can't get it to work. I get the message "Video will resume when car stops". Is there anyway to get this to work. Thanks in advance.

Parking brake needs to be on. Car may also need to be in park, not sure about that one.

Ahhhh. Parking Brake. Thanks makes sense. I will try that tonight. Can't wait to try it. I recently got the best adaptor for the iPod in my new car.

Did that work for you? I just purchased that as well but can't get any photos to display on the screen. I can here the music but no pics. I have the ebrake on and am in park. I have the IPOD settings to NTSC and TV out.

What am I missing?
