Question w200 with Blackbird Dock HELP!!!

everything is connected... when i dock the blackbird my w200 screen goes black and the blackbird is still functioning... the sound from the blackbird is playing through the car speakers but i just cant get the w200 to display the nav screen from the blackbird... it is kinda backwards... i have triple checked all the wiring and it is all good... the only thing i can think of would be the yellow/blue brake wire... i have tapped it into the parking brake and also tried grounding it to no avail.... i am running the video bypass (TR-7) could that be throwing it off? what am i doing wrong?? PLEASE HELP!!!!

The TR-7 should be using the brake wire. How were you able to tap the blue wire into the brake?
