I too love my Bel/Escorts! I had a Passport SRX in my Z, and I now have a BEL RX75 Pro in my G35. Same exact kit, but I picked up my Bel Pro for under $500. It can be installed completely hidden with just one LED showing, Red = bad/Green = good. I have all the pictures for the install, not really that hard, just the Laser jammers in the front clip are a PITA, but I figured it out.

I love the voice, "KA BAND".

Yea.. thats a k40 in the Lexus. i had that installed in my g35 coupe. It worked well... But now i have the valentine1 in my 07 sedan with a mike's mount. works much better since it is higher up. the k40 is mounted in the bumpers. thats what the 2 leds are for, one front detection and one for back detection.

IIRC, Radar Detectors are illegal in VA and also in DC...

I know they're illegal in VA, because I live there and sport a semi-stealth Valentine 1. While it hasn't saved me from careless tickets, it's never gotten a second look when I did get pulled over.
