cool! but do you only get one camera? shouldn't you have multiple cameras to see the out of the car from multiple angles?

hmm not sure i have a feeling it goes by the drivers piller. Because most cars that get broken into get broken into from the drivers side. I just tracked it down and it should be here tomorrow il let you all know

I dont know how well that would work because you have to be within 3000ft of the vehicle in order to get the pics transmitted to the receiver. PLus with interference it will be less than that. Suppose you are down South Beach and you end up parking 4 blocks away? Or even in a 7 story parking garage?

Then it will be a pointless feature

 

Our cars can't be stolen and driven away so anyone planning to harm your car will have done the harm before you can stop them using that camera. And if it really is a professional heist with a flatbed, would you really want to come running up to them? The only reason I see good in a camera is if it had video recording capabilities so you can actually catch the person and provide video proof. Having a paging alarm with camera only makes you more paranoid in my opinion.

I had looked into a two-way camera one too from SCYTEK. The units looks almost identical. I didn't like how the camera could not be hidden without modding the pillar cuz the camera is actually quite large to be installed stealthily. I decided to just go for the Compustar.
