Bluetooth problem...

hey guys.. after the installation of my sound system in the shop, for some reason my Bluetooth is no longer functioning properly. When ppl call, the head unit still recognize the phone and stuff, but there's not sound (the speaker problem?) being play..... i am thinking maybe the shop forgot to plug in a seperate speaker for the bluetooth?
Thanks in advance.

i see you got you car back already.

Did you keep your oem headunit or did you replace it with an aftermarket one? if you have an aftermarket one, your oem bluetooth won't work. well it sorta works...the people on the other end can hear you, but you can't hear them or barely hear them if it is hooked up.
