Question PAC SWI-X LED Mounting Location

So this seems to be my only option to keep my steering wheel controls and I am wondering (for those of you who use this) where did you mount the LED? Please show pics if you can.

Thanks.

Cool, that is exactly where I was thinking but thought that the angle of the HU to the center console ( \___ ) would cause problems. I am glad to hear it works well.

either I have a defective unit, sunlight really fuc*s it up, or this thing is a piece of crap.

either way you slice it, the one I have randomly works, and it's frustrating as crap. I wish my AVH-6800DVD had a hardwired input
