GROUP BUY: Navigation Parts

Hey guys,

I finally got enough people for the navigation setup to do a custom screen job. The prices are as follows:

Display Assembly - (the spring loaded mechanism) - $529.62
Screw Kit - screws necessary for the whole kit) - $14.07
Navigation Finisher - the thing that holds the screen - $15.11
Switch Assembly - The button that goes on top of the lcd - $20.15
Lid Assembly - The whole console fitted for the navigation - $116.26

Total for this - $695.21+tax+shipping

Everyone who was interested contact Ruben Navarro at Gunn Infiniti. Ask for him at the parts department. Tell him that Noa sent you for the group buy for the navigation stuff and he'll know what your talking about. The number is 1-210-824-5779. Again ask for Ruben. This is a great price for all this stuff because it retails for over $1500. Thanks again for all your support. Hope you guys contact Ruben soon.

P.S. let him know your username for the forum so I know who took part in the group buy. Thanks.

Group guy? I think he has off tomorrow.

Group Buy? It's probably going to go on for a while, just make sure it's soon. You don't want to miss the chance to get this stuff cheap.

Re: GROUP BUY: Navigation Parts

but are you sure the xenarc is going to fit inside the housing???

I have the housing already and from what i've measured is that you can get away with an lcd thats 6.5 - 6.8 inches. I don't think the xenarc is going to fit inside the housing. Do you know the size of the xenarc screen?

The xenarc screen will fit with major modification to the lcd finisher. You will have to dremel out the sides. It is better to go with another screen. Does anyone know any 6.8" vga touchscreen. It can be an industrial monitor, I don't think we'll need the body... just an open panel monitor will do. Thanks.

Re: GROUP BUY: Navigation Parts

I am interested in this buy as well. but please can someone name a few touch screens that will fit in that housing?

also, what do you plan to do about the holes where the Nav buttons should be?

Re: GROUP BUY: Navigation Parts

I'm trying to get this straight. This is a group buy for the nav parts for those of us without navigation. But the price doesn't include the screen. Does it include the ned dash piece? How much is instillation?

Re: GROUP BUY: Navigation Parts

NED?

Yes this group buy includes the stuff for those of us without the navigation. It does not include the screen. I am using the screen off of the digitalWW website. follow the link at the bottom. I just ordered my parts today. It is on backorder but I should recieve by mid feb.

http://www.digitalww.com/VGA_VIDEO_MODULE.htm

this screen fits but some modification is required. Just PM me if you have any questions. And yes the group buy is still going on.

Re: GROUP BUY: Navigation Parts

This is everything but the LCD screen? I don't have the navigation and I would like some version of a Nav in my car. What else do I need besides a screen?

Thanks - Joey Avino
