I'm looking at varying options for augmenting my Bose OEM sound system to get iPod interface and possibly DVD playback using the OEM navi screen. So my question is, has anyone used this particular item with the OEM sound system? Is it garbage? Is it pretty decent and works as advertised?
It seems most everyone here is thoroughly opposed to keeping the OEM BOSE setup but, it's not a high priority for me to change at the moment. I just want something of nominal expense that is fully functional and this seems like an interesting piece.
