OK, so I disconnected to -ve battery terminal for about 5 mins then reconnected it. Turned ignition key and heard a sound coming from the CD changer. But I have no display and cannot power on A/C or radio.

Something isn't plugged in or wired correctly. Make sure the AC control is plugged in.

OK so I checked to make sure I didn't cut the wrong wires and everything was plugged in.

Using a multimeter I tested between the ground wire and 12v power and 12v ignition wire directly behind the wire harness and did not get any reading but did if connected across metal frame as ground. Shouldn't I get a voltage reading connecting between harness's power, ignition to ground?

How embarrasing. I hope if someone else runs into this issue that they find this post and figure it out.

Thanks alot guys.
Could this be my problem???? I've been trying to turn on the radio w/o fully installing it. I'll give it a try once I get off.

Just ground the radio to the chassis and see if it works. I think there is a hard wired ground though.

it existed between mouse and keyboard Yeah I'm an idiot I forgot to reconnect the serial cable looking thing at the bottom of the head unit, don't know why i disconnected it in the first place. Anyway my radio and A/C works and the 450/4 powers my 4 speaker. Now to finish the install. Thanks for the help.
