possible to install factory nav?

i'm looking to buy a 2006 G35 coupe w/ manual transmission, but it's been hard to find one with navigation and darker (black/charcoal) interior.

is it possible to install the factory nav? or is it too much of a hassel? i like the idea of having an OEM nav rather than an aftermarket.

thanks in advance
