Wierd problem with Alpine IVA W205 install

Wanted to see if you guys might possibly be able to help out. Just installed this with the TR-7 and PAC JACK. Below is what occurs currently.

- Turn car to ON position, everything works fine.
- From that point, proceed to start vehicle, Alpine does not work. Blank screen, and after 15 or so seconds, the screen comes back, but no functionality.
- What could possibly be the issue here?

2nd Scenerio......

- From OFF position, proceed to fully start the car, without pausing at the, "ON" position, and everything works fine.
- Is this because of the TR-7 or another cause?

Cliffs: If I stop at the ON position, hu works, if I start the car from there, it stops working. If I don't stop at the ON position, and I just start the car from the OFF position, it works fine.

Any ideas, and where's this how-to that everyone keeps talking about for the PAC-JACK install. I can't get it to take any of the steering wheel programming functions. I'd like to see a diagram of the install if anyone has one. Searched but, there was no luck in finding my answer for this.

Thanks for your help.

the one that goes to the hand brake you can send it to a pulse switch and ground it...works the same way as the tr7 but you just have to click it on/off each time you want to bypass the system

The TR7 has a programable delay of up to 4 minutes and 15 seconds before turning off/on... You should look into how to remove the delay
