Issues resolved
Just figured I'd follow up and let you guys know what fixed my issues:
1. SiriusConnect SIR-ECL1 : Apparently when I put the head unit back in the dash, the wires connecting the Sirius tuner to my head unit disconnected. I repaired the connections and all was well.
2. PAC SWI-ECL : The odd behavior of the steering wheel interface was resolved by grounding to a different source. I changed the ground to use the one coming out of my head unit and everything works great now!
