Base amp location
Ive read dozens of posts about the Bose amp, but is the base radio amp in the same location? I am selling my 03 Coupe, and have an 04 on-order to get AWAY from all the bose junk my 03 had. Also, this time got to pick and choose the good stuff ! First thing I plan do do is ditch all the stock speakers and install a quality 4-channel amp. thanks guys for all the info - this site rocks !

I briefly looked in the 2004.5 Coupe Service Manual. I don't see an amplifier for the base system. I don't see it in the wiring diagram or in the component listing.
