Audiocontrol LC6i signal dies after 1 min
I just got my AudioControl LC6i hooked up in the G going to a JL 500/1 and a 10w6v2, everything seems to work great when the car is turned on initially, but it seems as though the AudioControl unit stops giving signal to the amp after about a minute... it just fades out and has 0 output. The audiocontrol unit is mounted right on top of the XM box, and the amp is mounted right on top of the bose amp... I'm using signal from the rear speakers (blue/pink, teal/purple)... and the +12v remote-on signal from the bose amp (lt blue/silver) The LC6i passes the remote signal on to the 500/1, and both "power" lights remain lit, no warning lights or clipping lights ever come on. I have the audiocontrol epicenter bass control **** for the LC6i and it seems to work as designed... any idea what could be going on here? The manual suggests that it is probably due to using the signal-sensing feature, which I am not using... I have a 12v turn-on hooked up.
Any idea wtf is going on? I hate line out converters

Thank goodness, turns out it wasn't so bad as I thought. I switched the spliced signal from input 3 to input 2, and voila, it worked like a champ. Turns out that since I wasn't using the other inputs, it was attempting to propogate the signal from input 2 into outputs 2 and 3... which hosed my sub signal. Switching it over made it work just fine. Sort of werid, I wish they would have explained that a lil more in the manual.
So now at least if someone else is searching for the solution, they could find this thread. wewt.
as far as the sound goes, HOLY JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, BATMAN...
5 stars for 4080, this thing POUNDS, one 10w6v2, one JL 500/1, one 4080 box... I never knew a 10 could rock so deep, it is really friggin great. Really responsive bass too, I'm still tuning but I'll have to give a review when it is all fixed up.
