Lightbulb Cigarette Lighter / Power adapters?

Does anyone know how to use the passenger side cigarette lighter slot and the slot inside the arm rest for a 2003.5 sedan? my driver side outlet works fine with my phone charger,navi,etc... but the passenger side one seems to not work at all. all i can do is use it to hold my cigarette lighter when im using my phone charger...

The outlet under the center arm rest is useless also. I tried plugging in my charger there and theres no response either. Anyone know how i can put these two to use?

It sounds like something is unplugged or a fuse is blown. All 3 outlests work in my 03.5 sedan.

well if its just a fuse out it'll cost you like $0.75 for a new set of fuses or something like that

if it is something unplugged then take a screwdriver and pop out the passenger side outlet and see if there is a problem. or pop out the plastic cover under the glovecompartment to get a good look at the wire connecting to it

or pay a ridiculous amount of money to have the dealer just look at it
