Problem with AC! Blowing Ice Cold, Little Heat

Hey everyone! I'm having a problem with my AC in my car. Note I am in Canada so I am using metric for temperature.

Everything has been working fine recently, but today I noticed that my air conditioning was starting to malfunction. With the AC button lit, I observed the following:

18°C - Unbearable, ice-cold air blowing out. Normally it is bearable.
20°C - This is what I normally leave the temperature at, and it is comfortable. However, the air coming out is extremely cold, only slightly warmer than at 18°.
25°C - Normally, this temperature setting is hot, used for defogging windshield, etc. However, now it blows mildly cold air. Very little hot air is coming out
28°C - This is where things start to get interesting. The air blowing out suddenly goes from very cold to extremely hot.

<Note that the temperatures set can be adjusted from 18°-32° in Canadian models>

I first suspected that an AC line under the hood was damaged or leaking. I've included photos below, but it doesn't appear to have any damage. Please help!! I have not installed a Z-tube or any other type of intake mod.

-Thanks

Will dealerships/stealerships even cover the air con? my local stealership always tries to cheap out and avoid paying for anything.

for now, i'm just running the car with no AC or fan, in case there is a leak or something. open windows = temporary solution

there is a sensor on the panel below the steering wheel that controls the air temp...on the panel it looks like a small rectangular grill, sort of like a mic panel. take the panel off and check to see that the tube and sensor are plugged into that...i forgot to replug mine when i worked on my stereo, 1 deg up from cold would make it full hot...
