I'm using the same antenna adapter as when I was using my old head unit which was a kenwood ddx8017. I'm assuming all antenna adapters are the same right?

You want to try changing yours and see if it does anything and report back?

Im too lazy to take apart the dash and swap out the adapters. Ive somewhat learned to live with it. Did you have the Bose system before the DD unit? I did and I thought the Bose amp might have something to do with my reception problems. Right now Im totally bypassing it and running my speakers off of the Kenwood headunit.
