thats what i got from eb games to power mine. i took it apart and soldered it to the cigarette lighter wires.

i didnt not tape mine down as its a tight fit in the lower glove box.

i can change discs without a problem while driving.

i have a big hole in mine so i can push the ps2 back far enough so i can shut it with the controller still connected. however you can not shut it with the memory card still connected. with out some dremeling to the front of the glove box and i still dont think it will work correctly. if anyone has found a shorty memory card, if you have found a way to remount the memory card, or has drememled the front of the glove box to make it fit please let me know. or post where you got it from or pics please

I have composite A/V inputs on the back of my Eclipse AVN5435 head unit. So I'm just running the PS2 A/V into that.

As for power I used the information found on these two threads to figure out what I need to do:

do you have a stock radio? if your shop does not know how tog et sound from the ps2 then they need to stop what their doing, and start with something a little more simple......

you need to get an audio unit that adapts to the stock radio (a pac unit is what i used in mine), or if you have a aftermarket radio im sure it just plugs in somewhere.

I think we resolved the two issues that we came across ! My shop is going to order me a pac unit for my stock radio ! I am going to us the sat button on the radio . I don't have satellite radio so I will be able to use that for better audio and not this crappy FM mod. Now the issue is a blue tint on all of the peoples faces and some objects . I have spoken to like three people and they think I got a bad TV/Nav box unit ! Other than that the picture is very clear ! Thanks for all of the input folks !!!

definately a bad unit id think - unless they somehow screwed up the connections, which would be difficult.
