Kenwood DDX-8019 Assitance Needed.....

Hey everyone i just got this in the mail 3 days ago and i am having it installed at the moment....well i already have some issues...I went up to the shop today to see how the install was going and the first problem i have is that once you lower down the motorized faceplate it doesnt go back up...not sure why and i was curious if anyone else had this issue?

Next problem i have is that i ordered the Bluetooth adapter and connected it up and come to find out that my Treo is not compatible with the device...I checked the list that the manual said to check out to insure that mine is compatible and there are only 2 PDA phones on the list that are compatible....Im not sure why since i figure this would be used for business purposes. Anyways with that being said anyone with this kit figure out a way to link a phone that isnt on the list? Please let me know. I am calling kenwood to find out some information on this tomorrow. I just thought that it was a bit ridiculous that only 2 PDA phones are compatible with it.

Sorry for the griping but im not to happy with this unit..I have had an issue with my Navigation as well. Hope to have all of it fixed tomorrow.

Please provide your input as to what you think the problem is. I wasnt sure if there is a certain setting you have to turn in..which there shouldnt be but just in case.

Try going into the settings page and messing with the tilt control. If that doesn't fix it, try resetting the unit
